VT - 006 THE SUN ROUTE

Sun, sands, sea and crafts you can find in the Sun Route, in the Pacific Coast of Ecuador.

DIA 01 : QUITO-TONSUPA.
Departure to Tonsupa, going by bus through Calacali –The Independence road, We’ll visit the Equatorial Line or Latitude O, also we can see beautiful landscapes, and visit small towns in the nor-western area.
We’ll arrive to Esmeraldas, which is known as the green city, in afternoon we’ll arrive to the beach of Tonsupa, we’ll enjoy the afternoon. There’ll be a farewell coctail. In the night we will visit Atacames and its nice night life. Lodging in Playa of the Sun.

DIA 02 : TONSUPA.
Breakfast. We’ll visit many beaches, such as Sua, Same (optional to play football), Tonchigue: a fishermen town where we will have the opportunity to eat the typical gastronomy, delicious lobster. etc
In the afternoon we’ll return to Tonsupa. Free time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel or the beach. Lodging.

DIA 03 : TONSUPA - MANTA.
Departure to the south of the province, through the Pacific road, known as “The Sun Route”. We’ll arrive to Manabí, a province with rich biodiversity, and cultural manifestations. In the way we will visit Pedernales, Jama, Canoa, (delights in sea products) where we will have lunch. We’ll continue the tour, until we’ll arrive to Manta, city by night, There’ll be the opportunity to visit the Malecon and finally we’ll have full entertainment in one of the disco of the pink zone. Lodging in Balandra Hotel

DIA 04 : MANTA - PTO. RICO.
Breakfast. We’ll visit Montecristi, where people make hats with straw shawl by hand, know as Panama Hats, also we’ll visit Jipijapa, The Pila and many towns where we can see and buy beautiful crafts.
In Puerto. López we will visit the Center of Interpretation of Machalilla National Park. We will enjoy the beach of the “ Frailes “ before we arrive to Puerto Rico. Lodging in the Alándaluz Hostel, a magic place in perfect harmony with the nature.

DIA 05 : PTO. RICO – SALINAS.
Breakfast. Earlier, we’ll depart to the sea, a motorboat will take us to the Plata Island, this small island is known as the small Galapagos Islands, therefore we can find out the flora, fauna and the climate, which are similar to Galapagos.

We’ll be able to see during a guided excursion, sea wolves, frigate birds, colonies of Blue-Footed Boobies, dolphins among the most representative.

Continuing with the tour, we’ll visit Las Tunas, Ayampe, San Jose. Olon and its Sanctuary, Montañita, Manglar Alto, Valdivia Museum, Las Olas, Ballenita.

In the afternoon we’ll visit The Farallon Dillon Museum. Lodging in Calypso Hotel.

DIA 06 : SALINAS - GUAYAQUIL.
Breakfast. In the morning we’ll make a tour in the Bahia, to practice sport fishing, in the afternoon we will enjoy of the beach. Departure to Guayaquil. Lodging in the Grand Hotel Guayaquil.

DIA 07 : GUAYAQUIL.
Breakfast. We’ll go to Guayaquil, well-known as the Pacific Jewel where we’ll make a city tour visiting Museums, the Malecon, The Historical Park, the Iguanas Park, Centenario, the Peñas neighborhood, among other attractives.
Transfer to the Airport to take flight to your native country.
